Good to know

Is the price final?
The price shown is the shop’s set price for that repair. If the shop finds something else wrong, it will ask you before doing any extra work.
Do I need to share my passcode?
Never through your assistant. If a shop needs to test your device, arrange it with them in person.
Can I get my bike serviced while I wait?
Small jobs often can be. Full services usually take the day; the shop will confirm timing.
Who provides the repairs service?
An independent local business. AskBooked is the booking agent: we find availability and book on your instruction. The business provides the service and is responsible for it.
How do I pay?
When you confirm, you pay the business directly through Stripe using a secure checkout page. AskBooked never holds your money, and your card details are never shared in the chat.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Ask your AI assistant to cancel or move the booking, or contact the business. Refunds follow the business’s cancellation policy shown before you booked. For help, email support@askbooked.com.
