Good to know

Will the price change when I arrive?
The booked price covers the service described. If the workshop finds additional work is needed, it must ask for your approval before doing it.
Can I book a mobile detail at home?
Yes, where a detailer offers mobile service. Your assistant will ask for the address and pass it to the business.
How do I know which size my vehicle is?
Small covers hatchbacks and sedans, medium covers SUVs and wagons, large covers 7-seaters, utes and pickups, and extra large covers vans.
Who provides the car care service?
An independent local business. AskBooked is the booking agent: we find availability and book on your instruction. The business provides the service and is responsible for it.
How do I pay?
When you confirm, you pay the business directly through Stripe using a secure checkout page. AskBooked never holds your money, and your card details are never shared in the chat.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Ask your AI assistant to cancel or move the booking, or contact the business. Refunds follow the business’s cancellation policy shown before you booked. For help, email support@askbooked.com.
