We welcome function venues, party and equipment hire companies, photographers, DJs and entertainers, caterers and private chefs. Join free, with no monthly fees. Customers pay you directly through your own Stripe account, and you only pay a commission when we bring you a booking.

Good to know

Can I get a custom quote?
Yes. If you need something the listed packages don’t cover, your assistant can send a booking request and AskBooked will come back with a quote.
Is catering priced per guest?
Caterers and private chefs usually price per guest; the total for your guest count is shown before you book.
What about dietary requirements?
Add them as a note when booking. For serious allergies, also speak with the caterer or chef directly.
Who provides the events service?
An independent local business. AskBooked is the booking agent: we find availability and book on your instruction. The business provides the service and is responsible for it.
How do I pay?
When you confirm, you pay the business directly through Stripe using a secure checkout page. AskBooked never holds your money, and your card details are never shared in the chat.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Ask your AI assistant to cancel or move the booking, or contact the business. Refunds follow the business’s cancellation policy shown before you booked. For help, email support@askbooked.com.
