We welcome laundromats, wash-and-fold services and dry cleaners. Join free, with no monthly fees. Customers pay you directly through your own Stripe account, and you only pay a commission when we bring you a booking.

Good to know

How is it priced?
Per bag or per item, as set by the cleaner. The total is shown before you book.
Can I set up a regular pickup?
Book your first pickup, then ask your assistant to book the same time each week.
What about delicate items?
Add a note when booking. The cleaner will contact you if anything needs special care.
Who provides the laundry service?
An independent local business. AskBooked is the booking agent: we find availability and book on your instruction. The business provides the service and is responsible for it.
How do I pay?
When you confirm, you pay the business directly through Stripe using a secure checkout page. AskBooked never holds your money, and your card details are never shared in the chat.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Ask your AI assistant to cancel or move the booking, or contact the business. Refunds follow the business’s cancellation policy shown before you booked. For help, email support@askbooked.com.
