Good to know

Why does my assistant ask for my pet’s size?
Most groomers and kennels price by size. Knowing whether your pet is small, medium, large or extra large means the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I book for a cat?
Yes, where a business offers cat services. Your assistant will only show options that accept your pet.
What if my dog needs special handling?
Mention it when you book and it will be passed to the business as a note. For anything important, such as anxiety or medical needs, we recommend also calling the business before the appointment.
Who provides the pets service?
An independent local business. AskBooked is the booking agent: we find availability and book on your instruction. The business provides the service and is responsible for it.
How do I pay?
When you confirm, you pay the business directly through Stripe using a secure checkout page. AskBooked never holds your money, and your card details are never shared in the chat.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Ask your AI assistant to cancel or move the booking, or contact the business. Refunds follow the business’s cancellation policy shown before you booked. For help, email support@askbooked.com.
